The farmhouse is located in a particular panoramic position on the slopes of Monte Cetona. The farmhouse, in stone, probably an ancient fortified farm, has been completely renovated in recent months, with great respect for the pre-existing architecture and original materials. The pool is also placed in a breathtaking position over the valley.

Fenced swimming pool (7.5x13 m, depth from 1,20 to 1,80 m), equipped outdoor green space, satellite TV, large common room with fireplace and bathroom, barbecue, laundry, mosquito nets in all windows, free wi-fi internet connection, bowling alley, basketball, soccer (1 door), table football, ping-pong.

Note: *+2 beds for children under 12 years of age.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).

Any consumption of air conditioning/heating is not included in the price and will be payable on the spot according to consumption.

Upon arrival, guests must hand over a security deposit of € 500.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.

Pets € 25.00 per week. Crib € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
