On the ground floor entrance hall / cloakroom, meeting room with monitor / satellite TV and two PC workstations with printer and fax, large living room with central fireplace, satellite TV, Sky TV and home theater system, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and exit to the garden, room with billiards, laundry with washing machine and dryer, main living room with large fireplace, satellite TV, sky TV, home theater system and three exits to the garden, large kitchen with floor hood, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, American fridge with ice dispenser, up and down table, plate warmer, toaster and exit to the garden. On the first floor living room with exit to the garden, three double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a living room with fireplace, satellite TV, Sky TV and home theater system, two double or twin bedrooms, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a French bed each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, except one that has a bathroom with a bathtub.

Heated pool (10x4.5 m, depth 1.50 m), in the lower room with sauna for four people with shower and sink, fully fenced garden with small vineyard and olive grove, tenniscourt, pond, pergola, organic garden with gazebo, in the annex a bathroom with shower and oven, cellar, bowling alley, air conditioning in each room.
Internet connection, music, lights, volumetric alarm and domotically managed heating, gate with remote control.

On demand:
Possibility to heat the swimming pool, rental car, cook, cleaning woman.
NB The house is reserved for non-smokers.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, final cleaning, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).

 

Extra payment for air conditioning use is €1,250.00 per week if required. To be paid on-site.

Any consumption exceeding 330 kh must be paid on-site

Heating to paid on site ( about €250,00 per day )

 

Pool heating € 2,250.00 per week to be paid on site

Security deposit refund: From owner within 2 weeks minus any loss/damage.

Pets not allowed

 

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.

**VILLA COLOMBAIOLO: 25% from 119 to 90 days before the start of your stay;

50% from 89 to 61 days before the beginning of the stay; 75% from 60 to 31 days before the beginning of the stay;

85% from 30 to 16 days before the start of the stay; 90% for no-show.
