Podere dei Limoni

Located on the northernmost edge of the Province of Viterbo, almost straddling the border with Tuscany, and a handful of km from that of Umbria, Podere dei Limoni is completely surrounded by greenery. All around there is the overflowing nature that characterizes the northernmost part of Upper Lazio, the neighboring provinces of Grosseto, Siena and Terni, and the nearby Province of Perugia.

In this large territorial area there are also villages, towns and cities rich in history and culture, as well as the Etruscan necropolis. And of course there are the traditional appointments with town festivals and fairs.

The farmhouse has a large well-kept garden overlooked by a beautiful swimming pool, large and always very well maintained. The owners, very kind and hospitable, make available to guests a small organic vegetable garden located on the edge of the garden. In 10 minutes you can reach the Terme di San Casciano Bagni as well as the delightful villages of northern Lazio. In 15 minutes you can reach Lake Bolsena. Very good furnishings.

Podere dei Limoni has three very comfortable apartments. The “Strucchio” apartment is suitable for hosting people with disabilities, or with motor disabilities. The apartments were built in a completely renovated rural farmhouse and have an independent entrance. In each of them there is a fireplace and all are furnished in a rustic style. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and all kitchens are equipped with dishwashers, induction cooktops, and microwave ovens. Outside you can enjoy large green spaces, equipped with a picnic area with gazebo and a splendid one hundred square meter swimming pool with, the entire area is fenced, and the village is only 800 meters from the property.

QUERCIA (6 + 2)

Apartment composed of a dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom with the possibility of adding another single bed and forming a double / twin bed, a double sofa bed. Two bathrooms. Covered terrace.  This apartment features a spacious living room that serves as a common area for all the other units, providing the opportunity to share convivial moments and dine together in a welcoming atmosphere.

IL CERRO (4 + 2)

Apartment composed of kitchen, dining room with fireplace, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with the possibility of adding another single bed and forming a double / twin bed, a double sofa bed. A bath. Large covered veranda.

LO STRUCCHIO (2 + 2)

Apartment suitable to accommodate people with motor disabilities or the disabled. The apartment consists of a dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, a double bedroom, a double sofa bed and a bathroom for a total of approx. 70, larger covered veranda of approx. 30.

 

 "LA GHIANDAIA" LIVING ROOM"

Spacious 70 sqm living room in a rustic style, featuring a charming fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, to provide an authentic and comfortable experience.

The living room is always included in the rental price. During mid and low season, upon request, it is possible to rent Villa dei Limoni at a reduced price, WITHOUT the "La Ghiandaia" living room

Services: Swimming pool (7x14 meters), large garden of 4000 square meters, barbecue, gazebo, vegetable garden for tasting. of seasonal vegetables, parking.

 

NB The property is located near a secondary access road to the small town of Trevinano. The passage of cars is absolutely occasional. We report the presence for correctness. 

Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly), final cleaning.
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to give a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.

Pets € 25.00 per week.
Toddler bed € 30.00 per week.
Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
