2nd Floor: sitting room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 2 connecting twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bathtub, 1 recently renovated 1200-square-foot double bedroom with a stunning view, an exceptional sitting area; the bedroom with a king-size bed has a very spacious and comfortable bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The villa is provided with central heating and air conditioning in all the bedrooms (mobile units), stairlift to reach the first floor.

PLEASE NOTE: The owner lives in the other wing of the villa, with completely independent entrance and gardens so that reciprocal privacy is fully guaranteed. Possibility to add a double bedroom on the ground floor, with portable air conditioning and bathroom with shower, suitable for persons with disabilities. There are a few well educated cats and dogs within the property.

Pool Opening:
The pool is open from May to September. For the remaining period, it is available upon request and may incur an
additional charge. During the rest of the year, the pool can be made available upon request, with a possible
surcharge. Please inform us in advance if you are interested in using the heated pool. Heating is available only
during non-summer months and requires the cover to be maintained over the pool. A staff member will handle
the daily opening and closing of the pool (otherwise, the heat would dissipate, making heating ineffective).
