Villa Agatea

Villa Agatea consists of a main farmhouse and the adjacent barn, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, Villa Agatea is a 10-minute drive from Greve and Panzano in Chianti, in a perfect location for exploring the region and enjoying the peace of the countryside. The panoramic terrace, among olive trees and an ancient mulberry tree, is the perfect place to relax with an aperitif or a book.

The villa features bright rooms, fresh and contemporary style furnishings. Between the two stone farmhouses is a beautiful covered terrace, where you can have breakfast or linger in the evening. Rosemary hedges and olive trees surround the infinity pool, and the whole estate is pervaded by a pleasant sense of quiet and the scents of the forest.

 

Villa Principale has four double, one triple and one quadruple rooms.

A large, fully equipped open kitchen and a fully equipped living room for reading, relaxing and socializing. To enjoy the view and the evening breeze, a large covered terrace and a veranda with barbecue just steps from the pool.

Il Fienile has 3 double rooms.

The old barn consists of 3 spacious suites featuring natural colors, all with a private garden where you can relax in the coolness. The three suites are all on two floors: on the ground floor you will find the living room, coffee corner and bathroom, and on the upper floor the bedroom.

The rates are considered for exclusivity of the entire property.

Option 1:Concierge service for all requests. Bed linen and towel change on Wednesday
Option 2:Breakfast delivery on a daily base and housekeeper will make up the beds and clean the kitchen in the morning. (3 hours of service)

Minimum stay is 7 nights in high season and 3 nights in low, prices for short stays are on request.
changeover day is Saturday.
Check-in: from 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Check-out: no later than 10:00 am

VILLA AGATEA 30% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking while the non-refundable balance is due 30 days prior to guests arrival.
