On the ground floor living room with fireplace and access to the garden and stone-paved terrace, study / TV room with sofa bed which can become a comfortable single bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, large dining room with fireplace and access to the covered terrace equipped for outdoor dining, kitchen with two ovens, dishwasher and an additional space with fridge with ice maker, washing machine, dryer and iron. The first floor can be reached via a staircase from the kitchen or from the parking lot. Here we find a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and shower, a twin or double bedroom (located on the tower) with en suite bathroom with tub with shower wall and dressing room. An external stone staircase leads to the upper floor of the tower with a small terrace, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.

Swimming pool (13x4 m) depth 1.50 m. heated and changing room, equipped green space, wi-fi connection, barbecue, telephone, fax, satellite TV, vcr, stereo with cd player, dvd player, IPod, hairdryer in each bathroom, 30 hectares of private forest and orchard.

Security deposit € 1500,00
The security deposit, to cover possible damages, will be held by the agency. The house manager will carefully survey the property at check out and immediately inform the tenant and/or his agency about any existing damage, sending  evidence (photos) via email. Within one from  check out, a complete documentation will be sent on the extent and amount of damages/charges accompanied by a formal invoice. We prefer not to ask cash as security deposit, as this would affect the stock of liquidity to be spent locally.

Rental periods and expected arrival/departure time
Rental period goes from Saturday to Saturday. Around Christmas, Easter, arrival and departure dates can be flexible, still with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Standard check-in is from 4PM and standard check-out by  10AM. Different times should be agreed with theportfolio manager ideally  at the time of booking and always before arrival.

Basic equipment
Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, heated pool, hot tub, complete range of multimedia devices. Solar panel heating system for both pool and hot tub. Extra heating through dedicated boilers.

Included in the rental price:
Fluent English speaking check in rep welcoming the guests and showing them the house General cleaning and upkeep of the premises
Final cleaning
One towel change mid-week
Weekly bed and bath linen change for stays longer than one week. House heating

Wi-Fi throughout the house
