Thanks to careful restoration work, Podere Cocco has been transformed into a comfortable holiday villa with its magical combination of old and new. The furniture and internal details are of a good level.
All around the villa there is a large garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, play area for children and the beautiful swimming pool that looks out over the valley. At guests' disposal table-tennis and bicycles.

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).

Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.

Methods of payment by bank transfer:
at the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 45 days before the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation policy:
-30% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 45 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 44th day and the day of arrival, and in case of No Show.
