• Ground Floor: Large kitchen with fireplace, dishwasher, oven, and two refrigerators with freezers; laundry room with washing machine; spacious dining room; one double bedroom with en-suite shower room; one double bedroom; two additional shower rooms.

• First Floor: Living room; two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room and terrace); one double bedroom with adjacent shower room; an additional double bedroom.

• Between Floors: Shower room located on the staircase between the first and second floors.

• Second Floor: Double bedroom with sitting area; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub; double bedroom with shower room and sitting area/library.

AMENITIES
Fenced pool (16x8m, depth 2.5m), fully fenced property, pergola with barbecue, refrigerator, sink and dining table, free Wi-Fi internet connection, pets allowed.

CHECK-IN: BETWEEN 5.00 PM AND 7.00 PM CHECKOUT: NO LATER THAN 9.00 AM. 

Not included (to be paid in cash on site):

• Final cleaning: €1,000, payable before departure
• Security deposit: €1,000, payable upon arrival

Rates include:

• Welcome pack + welcome aperitif
• Swimming pool towels
• Guest assistance during the stay
• Garden and pool maintenance
• Mid-week change of bed linen and towels
• Housekeeping service 3 times per week (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms)

Swimming pool:

• Open from early May to the end of September
• Opening the pool outside these dates is available upon request, subject to a €600 supplement
