Costanza sleeps 6 + 1 on the first floor living room with fireplace. On the second floor kitchen, three double bedrooms one of which with private bathroom, a bathroom with shower. Possibility of adding a single bed in one of the three double bedrooms.
Cecilia sleeps 8 + 1 on the first floor dining room with kitchenette, three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with tub. In the attic there is a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower, a passing living room and a large living room. Possibility of adding a single bed in one of the double bedrooms on the first floor.
Chiara sleeps 4 + 1 on the first floor large living room with kitchenette and fireplace with barbecue, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Possibility of adding a single bed in the double rooms.
Laura sleeps 6 + 1 on the ground floor entrance hall, small double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. On the first floor living room, kitchen / dining room, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Private garden with barbecue. Possibility of adding a single bed in the double rooms.
Alice sleeps 6 + 1 on the ground floor entrance hall, small double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. On the first floor living room, kitchen / dining room, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Possibility of adding a single bed in the double rooms. Private garden with barbecue.

Swimming pool (14x10 m) with hydromassage, thermal bath (usable only during the opening period of the pool), equipped outdoor green space, large common room with piano, billiard room, barbecue, wood-burning oven, laundry, billiards, mountain bikes, playground for children, bowling green, table tennis, on the ground floor hobby rooms where you can have lunch and breakfast.

NB The swimming pool and the spa area are located 200 meters from it and can be reached via a majestic avenue of cypresses. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests. Near the pool there is a bathroom with a toilet and sink, a bar room with a large fridge, coffee machine and tea kettle where guests can prepare for themselves what they prefer, an outdoor shower near the pool.

The price includes the consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
The price does not include final cleaning (€ 10.00 per person to be paid on the spot) and any consumption of air conditioning / heating to be paid on the spot according to consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week.
Toddler bed € 30.00 per week.
Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
