On the attic floor a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

Services: Enclosed swimming pool (6x12 m), internet connection on the ground floor of the villa and at the reception, equipped green area, barbecue, TV, portable stereo with CD player, parking. Possibility of adding two single beds. Mosquito nets upstairs in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Reception and swimming pool are located about 50 meters away from the villa.

Apartment Est 8 sleeps at the ground floor livingroom, a diningroom, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a toilet. At the first floor a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
Apartment Ovest 6 sleeps at the ground floor a livingroom, a diningroom, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
At the first floor a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
Amenities
Swimmingpool (10X3,80 mt), in the reception internet connection, furnished garden, furnished portico with table and chairs, in the apartment Est a washingmachine, tv, mobile stereo with cd player, barbecue, car parking. Possibility to add two single beds.
The swimming pool is equipped with high sensitivity perimeter photovolumetric sensors that perceive any movement: in case of motion perception, the alarm sounds.

Although part of the same property, the two accommodations are managed separately to ensure maximum privacy and tranquility:

1. Hostel Guest Access:
   Guests of the hostel only have access to their designated areas, which are the reception and the paths leading to the main road.

2. Private Villa Areas:
   Access to the private areas of the villas (such as gardens, terraces, swimming pools, etc.) is strictly prohibited for hostel guests and is solely reserved for guests staying in the villas.

3. Management Commitment:
   Privacy and quiet are core values for the management. It is of fundamental importance to maintain a clear separation between these two environments (the hostel and the private villas), and all guests are expected to respect these rules

 

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).

Any consumption of air conditioning/heating is not included in the price and will be payable on the spot according to consumption.

Upon arrival, guests must hand over a security deposit of € 2,000.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.

Pets € 70.00 per week.

Crib € 30.00 per week.

Extra bed € 70.00 per week per bed (max 2 per villa).

Heating: € 5.00 per mc

Extra cleaning: € 20,00 per hour

Surcharges for any parties/weddings in villa to be agreed according to period and number of people.

 

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.
