Ground Floor: entrance on living room with sofas and Satellite TV, large and airy dining room with glass window and kitchen with wood burning oven, overlooking the swimming pool and the below valley, external patio with relax spot. Two double bedrooms both with private bathroom with shower, one of which with fireplace.
First Floor: with access through internal staircase, three double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, one of which with panoramic balcony.
Basement: laundry room and bathroom with WC, washbasin and bidet.
Villa Amigdala offers a private garden and a beautiful swimming pool both extremely panoramic, overlooking the valley, the surrounding hills and the lovely city of Arezzo, and which give really charming sceneries. In Arezzo there are shops, supermarkets and typical restaurants together with works of art of great value from renowned artists such as Piero della Francesca and Giorgio Vasari. The shell shape pool is placed right in front of the airy dining-room which with its large windows offers, besides the view, also the possibility of unforgettable dinners at pool side.

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Private pool open from 01/05 to 30/09.
Wi-Fi Internet access. Mid-Week change of sheets and towels (only for booking of minimum 7 days)
Swimming towels (weekly change).
Welcome dinner in villa on arrival day (for bookings of 7 days minimum).
Welcome basket for breakfast.
Property cleaned and supplied with bed linen and bathroom towels with weekly change.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.
Pets are not allowed.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE :
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Wood for fireplace, 300 kg included in the price then Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.

Methods of payment by bank transfer:
at the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 45 days before the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation policy:
-30% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 45 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 44th day and the day of arrival, and in case of No Show.
