The villa offers a unique experience with its 12 rooms, each with a distinct identity inspired by a sensory journey. Seven of these follow the chakra path, with colors and atmospheres reflecting their energy, while the other five transport guests to different eras and places.

• Red Room: Inspired by India and associated with the first chakra, this 21 sq m double room is furnished with custom-made precious wood furniture. The bathroom features a bathtub and shower.

• Orange Room: With an African theme linked to the second chakra, it offers 23 sq m of space. It includes a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

• Yellow Room: Evoking Southeast Asia and the third chakra, this 22 sq m room features a double bed and a modern bathroom with a shower.

• Green Room: Dedicated to the fourth chakra, it provides 18 sq m of space with a double bed, a bathroom with a fossil-material sink, and a semicircular terrace.

• Blue Room: Inspired by the Middle East and the fifth chakra, this 18 sq m double room includes an elegant bathroom and a 19 sq m terrace with a private pool.

• Purple Room: Connected to the sixth chakra, it comprises 23 sq m divided into two areas with a double bed, a spectacular bathroom, and a terrace with an outdoor shower under a flowering pergola.

• White Room: Associated with the seventh chakra, this 19 sq m room offers a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 30 sq m terrace with a round outdoor bed.

• The Flying Dutchman: A 27 sq m double room with a suspended bed, a bathroom inspired by ship cabins featuring a Jacuzzi, and a loft acting as an upper deck.

• 'My Africa' Suite: An 81 sq m suite comprising a living room, two double bedrooms, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a copper bathtub.

• Jolly Room: A cozy 13 sq m room with a single "bateau"-style bed and antique Breton furnishings.

• Pink Room: A 24 sq m double room inspired by a 19th-century boudoir, with a private terrace nestled in the greenery.

• Mexico Apartment in Novoli: A 54 sq m apartment with a living room featuring a double sofa bed, a bedroom with an extra king-size bed, a kitchen decorated with Salento majolica tiles, and a bathroom with a luxury bathtub.

Bathrooms: Wellness spaces with natural stone details, experiential showers, and selected bath products for a pure well-being experience.

Villa Bocciolo features a spa with a Finnish sauna, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and holistic treatments immersed in nature. A soccer field, a state-of-the-art gym, and a play area complete the offer for physical well-being. Barbecue areas and meditation spots. The library, the fire pit, and the panoramic bar invite relaxation, while jogging paths and synergistic farming reconnect you with the land.

Occupancy up to 10 double bedrooms
The unoccupied bedrooms will be closed. However, the rest of the Estate, including all its amenities and grounds, will remain fully at your disposal

The kitchen is only accessible by a professional Chef, sourced by the Guests or by the Villa**. Above rates include use of the kitchen
with guests’ own Chef. A Chef provided b the Villa is available upon request and at additional charge.

Rates Do Not Include:
A refundable security deposit of €6,000, which will be pre-authorised on a credit card upon arrival.
Electricity consumption for the EV charger.
Heating consumption for the pool (complimentary during the Easter and Christmas periods).
Any food or beverages.
Pets are not permitted unless authorised in advance.
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted unless authorised in advance.

Rates Include:
Exclusive use of the villa and all its facilities for a maximum occupancy of 24 guests in 12 bedrooms.
