Villa Positano

Villa Positano’s interiors are spread over multiple levels, offering elegant spaces designed for both social gatherings and maximum privacy. On the ground floor are the main common areas: a refined dining room divided into two connected spaces with vaulted ceilings, a large living room comprising several rooms decorated with frescoes, and a fully equipped professional kitchen, ideal for personalized culinary experiences prepared by the dedicated staff. The kitchen includes gas burners, double ovens, a microwave, a large fridge/freezer, double sinks, an American coffee machine, an Italian espresso machine, and other professional appliances. There is also a wood-fired oven for pizzas, fish, meats, and fresh bread.

The living room features a 55" plasma TV, a desk with integrated office services (scanner, fax, and photocopier, all functioning via Wi-Fi), an iPad for guests, and an iPod with Bluetooth connected to a portable Bose stereo. Two guest bathrooms are also available on this floor.

Four French doors open directly onto the stunning arched loggia, shaded by a retractable pergola supported by an elegant colonnade. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxed breakfasts, sunny lunches, sunset aperitifs, and dinners under the stars, with Positano as a scenic backdrop.

The property can accommodate up to 27 guests and offers a variety of accommodation options, including elegant sea-view suites and independent apartments located in the attic. All rooms are equipped with full amenities, including a courtesy kit (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion), hairdryer, safe, minibar, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating, all set in spaces with a refined and welcoming style.

First Floor – Panoramic Suites (approximately 20 m² each)

Suite 1 – King-size bed: a bright and harmonious suite, featuring an intimate and relaxing atmosphere with pleasant sea views.

Suite 2 – King-size bed (extra bed available): elegant and comfortable, with cozy spaces and the option to add a bed for a child.

Suite 3 – King-size bed (extra bed available): a bright room inspired by the colors of the Amalfi Coast, with the option for an additional bed.

Suite 4 – King-size bed (extra bed available): refined and well-proportioned, enjoying a stunning panoramic sea view.

Lower Ground Floor – Private and Quiet Suites (approximately 15 m² each)

Suite 5 – King-size bed: an intimate and peaceful room, perfect for a relaxing stay.

Suite 6 – King-size bed: bright and discreet, ideal for recharging after a day along the Amalfi Coast.

Suite 7 – King-size bed: with sober and refined furnishings, offering modern comforts in a private and welcoming environment.

Suite 8 – King-size bed: elegant in its simplicity, a small peaceful retreat with sea views.

Attic Floor – Independent Family Apartments (approximately 40 m² each)

Family Suite 9 – 2 king-size beds (connecting rooms): two connected rooms providing space, comfort, and privacy, perfect for families or small groups.

Family Suite 10 – 2 king-size beds (connecting rooms): elegant and functional, with connected spaces that allow sharing the stay while maintaining independence, complemented by beautiful sea views.

Minimum stay: 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday.

A food allowance of €3,000 is required, payable in cash upon arrival

Access:
The villa is reachable via a public elevator from street level or by climbing over 250 steps. The elevator is not affiliated with the villa; schedules and any costs are set by the Municipality of Positano.

Times:
Check-in: between 16:00 and 18:00
Check-out: from 08:00 to 10:00
All services and extras must be paid on-site before departure unless otherwise agreed.

The villa represents the most authentic and refined essence of the Amalfi Coast: a place where history, privacy, breathtaking views, and exceptional hospitality come together for a unique and deeply personal experience.

Important Note:
To ensure the villa’s quality standards and services, outside catering is not allowed. All catering services must be provided exclusively by the in-house staff and/or suppliers approved by the property.

Rates are based on 24 guests. For each additional person (up to a maximum of 27 guests), a supplement of €250 per person per day applies.

Payment Conditions:
50% deposit at booking confirmation (non-refundable)
Balance due 90 days before arrival

 

Cancellation Policy:
All payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
