Villa del Tramonto

In fact, Villa del Tramonto is quite unique in many ways. After all, it’s not often to find a private villa so close to the centre of Sorrento and still enjoy the luxury of a gorgeous garden and pool!
The villa has a main building on two levels and an annex. Throughout the villa, beautiful, tiled floors and elegant furniture and drapes create a sense of calm and tranquillity. Extending over 350 square meters and sleeping up to 11, the property comprises an elegantly furnished lounge, dining table for 12 and a SAT TV. There’s access to a private sea-view terrace with a table and chairs. There is also one fully equipped kitchen.

• Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom with shower: King size bed, access through French windows to private terrace overlooking the sea.
• Bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom with shower: King size bed, access through French windows to private terrace overlooking the sea.
• Bedroom 3 with ensuite bathroom with shower (master bedroom): King size bed, hot tub, one double sofa bed (more suitable for two children or one adult), access through French windows to private terrace overlooking the sea.

• Bedroom 4 with ensuite bathroom with shower: Queen size bed, access through French windows to private terrace overlooking the sea.
• Bedroom 5 with ensuite bathroom with shower: Queen size bed, access through French windows to private terrace overlooking the sea.

Services: pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas; laundry area, A/C throughout the villa, bathroom kit, barbecue.

Security deposit: 1,500.00 euros
Check-in 4:00 – 8:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am
For arrivals after 8:00 pm – until midnight, an extra fee of 60.00 euros will be required. For arrivals after midnight, an extra fee of 80.00 euros will be required.

Not included in the price, to be paid locally:

• Tourist tax: euro per person per day for the first 7 nights. Children under 18 do not pay. Tax applies from April 1st to October 31st.
• Final cleaning: 500.00 euros

On request, for an additional charge:

• American breakfast prepared and served in the villa every morning by a private chef (including waiter service and cleaning): 170.00 euros per day plus the cost of groceries
• Private chef in the villa for dinner or lunch: 500.00 euros plus the cost of groceries. Includes cleaning service and waiter.
• Extra cleaning: 20.00 euros per hour
• Extra towel change: 15.00 euros per person
