Located 7 km from the vibrant town of Sorrento and close to shops and restaurants in Colli di Fontanelle, the villa blends vintage charm with luxury comforts.

The property features a swimming pool (4x10m), a heated Jacuzzi with six hydromassage jets, and multiple terraces perfect for dining and relaxing. Indoors, find beautifully crafted interiors with marble floors, handcrafted furniture, and ample space, including a dining room seating 20 and a professional kitchen. Each of the 10 luxurious bedrooms is furnished with double beds (convertible to singles), private en-suite marble bathrooms, and amenities such as satellite TV, mini-fridges, and air conditioning

Minimum stay 3 nights

Damage deposit: 1.000,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.

Not included in the price, to be paid on the spot:

• Tourist Tax: per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
• For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.
• Breakfast on request, for a fee
