THE LOUNGE is cosy and contains a sofa, armchairs, a Smart TV and a computer. The room is fitted with heating. This room has access through a French window onto the first terrace.
THE KITCHEN is fitted with a four-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a moka coffee pot, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a dining table for six people. The kitchen has access through a French window onto the first terrace with a sea view.

Minimum stay 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.

• Tourist tax 
• Security deposit of 500.00 euros.
• Final cleaning fee of 80.00 euros.
• Heating not included. A charge of 100.00 euros per week of use will apply, to be paid on site.
• For arrivals after 8:00 PM until midnight, an extra cost of 60.00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight, an extra cost of 80.00 euros will be requested.
