Independent villa with 13 sleeps consisting of a main building and an annex.
Main building sleeps 10 on the ground floor living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, study, laundry with washing machine, toilet. On the first floor four double bedrooms, one twin bedroom each with private bathroom with shower and bathtub. One of the double bedrooms has a small living room.
Annexe with 3 beds composed of a double room, a room with a French bed, a bathroom with shower.

Swimming pool (16x8 m, maximum depth 2.5 m), large furnished garden, gazebo in front of the pool with electricity and table for 10 people for outdoor dining, pergola in front of the house, air conditioning throughout the villa, masonry barbecue, parking, wi-fi internet connection (only inside the house), telephone and fax, stereo with CD player and cable radio (only inside the house), satellite TV, alarm.

In the case of accommodation 10 only the main house will be available. The depandance will be open if you sleep 13.
Deposit: € 2000.00.
Included: consumption of water, electricity, gas, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms, air conditioning, central heating, internet, telephone and fax, computerized billing phone , stereo CD player with central rediffusion, satellite TV, alarm clock, 1 maid (6 days a week), gardener.
Not included: breakfast, food, drinks, telephone and fax billing, tips, laundry, transfers, lunch and dinner. Animals are not allowed.
