Main kitchen with the original wood oven, opening onto the garden, dining room, a storage room, 2 bathrooms, a second smaller kitchen, a living room.
The large cellar has been converted into a beautiful wine cellar, featuring the original oak barrels, a tasting area for guests, and a special room filled with an excellent selection of wines. The garden can be accessed directly from the cellar.

First Floor
Entrance via an external staircase (typical of 17th-century Lucchese villas) into a hall.
From this central room, you can access: a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen opening onto the covered patio, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 double bedroom with 1 bathroom, a frescoed “music” room (with a piano), a study, and a lounge.

Second Floor
Here you will find a large gym equipped with modern athletic equipment, 4 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.

Security deposit: € 2000,00 (to be paid cash at guests' arrival or at the moment of the balance. in this case it will be refunded within 10 days after the check-out

Included: one general cleaning during the week and final cleaning.
