On the ground floor there are reception hall, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a stone staircase leads to the first floor.
On the first floor, that can also be accessed via the staircase next to the villa, there are a dining room / kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, a large living room with fireplace, air conditioning, wi-fi Internet , satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system with CD player, safe and fans, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a reading room and a double sofa bed.
On the second floor there are four large double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning.

Amenities
Swimming pool (15x5 m - depth m 1.10 to 1.40), park with consecrated chapel dating back to the XIX century, barbecue, hairdryer. In the annex next to the villa live the keepers who they care and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden remains however the exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool.

Deposit: € 800,00 on cash

Prices include:

• continental breakfast only for the first morning.
• maid service - 1 day per week
• linen & towels change - 1 day per week

Not included:
Final Cleaning to pay on the spot: Euro 400,00 (incl sanification)
Electricity: kw 200 included in the price. To be paid on the spot over Kw 200 per week (0,80/ kw); Air conditioning on consumption (€ 0,80/kw) | heating € 8 per cubic meter
