Villa Il Serraglio offers 9 luxurious bedrooms, nestled in an oasis of unspoiled nature in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.
Fully renovated in spring 2009, the villa consists of two adjacent residences connected by an open gallery on the ground floor and a charming terrace on the top level. Completing the property is a fascinating annex, converted from an ancient grain silo, which now houses a spa.
Guests will be enchanted by the elegant swimming pool and lush gardens surrounding the estate.
The 9 bedrooms, all generously spacious, feature private bathrooms (most with a shower, bathtub, and double sink), air conditioning throughout, expansive living areas, a dining room, a billiard room, and a home theater for relaxation and entertainment.
The villa can accommodate up to 18 people and 4 infants under 2 years old.

there will be a supplement 50€)
o €180 fee (12:30-2:30pm) – cost of food and wine extra (for Sundays dinner there will be a
supplement 50€).
• Personal laundry & ironing service: €17 per hour (20 euro Sunday or evening)
• Babysitting service, upon availability: €19 per hour/per babysitter (up to 3 children per one
babysitter) – 27 euro per hour on Sunday or evening
• Telephone charges extra
• Late check-in charges: €50 for arrivals until 10pm; € 100 for arrivals after 10pm

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.

o - Cancellation received at least 60 days prior to the arrival date: 30% charge (deposit already paid to confirm the reservation), the deposit payment is non-refundable.
o - Cancellation received less than 60 days before the arrival date: 100% charge of the total amount due (deposit and balance are non-refundable).
