The property has a 4 hectare park with a lovely garden, adorned by cypresses, herbs, a vegetable garden and sitting areas, where you can relax and enjoy the view over the surrounding hills, olive trees and a vineyard with red wine production (San Giovese) and white wine (Vermentino).
On the land there are 2 water springs and a good sized parking area, partly covered, for 3 cars.
The saltwater swimming pool is situated in the nicest point of the property and has great views. It is completely fenced by hedges and is accessed by 2 gates. It is 1.5 meters deep (deepest point) and measures 4 x 11 m. There are Roman steps and a pvc liner. The swimming pool is well lit by the outside and indoor lights, so it’s possible to enjoy swimming even at night.
The garden area around the swimming pool is well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and chairs and 2 showers.
On the property there is a charming consecrated chapel where it’s possible to celebrate ceremonies.
