The property of about 160 sqm is in the beautiful historic center of Montepulciano, on two levels.
Located in a building of Renaissance origin, the apartment has an entrance from the communal stairwell.
From here you enter directly into the spacious and bright lofted living area with wood burner.
On this level there is a kitchen diner, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom.
The mezzanine overlooks the living area, which is large and bright thanks to the skylight. From here we reach the second bedroom, the second bathroom with shower and many spaces obtained in the attic areas such as a walk-in closet, storage rooms, a cellar and laundry area.
The apartment is in excellent condition, with the last renovation carried out in 2012. It has typical Tuscan features such as old wooden beams with terracotta tiles, and terracotta floors. The mains/city gas heating system is assisted by a fully functional wood burner.
There is a home automation system. Utilities are connected and there are no condominium fees except for stair cleaning.
