This ancient farmhouse has been renovated respecting local traditions, and has spacious rooms and typical materials. On the first floor a large common living room with fireplace, sofas and armchairs is the ideal place to relax.
There is no shortage of green areas and beautiful views.
Both the farm and the agriturismo are certified organic.
A few years ago, 6 apartments were finely renovated including the main one for a total of approximately 500 sqm used for agritourism purposes, the remaining 500 sqm or so are still largely in their original state or semi-renovated, such as the large vat room/ oil mill and stable.
The main house is spread over two levels for a total surface area of 1064 sqm, in addition to the old independent barn, completely to renovate, measuring 150 sqm and the old oven/storage room measuring 25 sqm.
The property includes land of approximately 13 hectares divided into two parts, of which approximately 2 hectares of tall trees parkland, 2 hectares of olive grove with approximately 700 trees.
The apartments have 2-6 beds available, and have all been renovated respecting tradition while maintaining the original terracotta floors and the ceilings with exposed beams. Each apartment has a kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, 4 burner gas cooker, oven (gas or electric).
The swimming pool measures approximately 7 × 13m with a depth of 1.10 m – 2.5 m. It is equipped with a hot water shower and water games, and is surrounded by a lawn area with deckchairs and umbrellas.
Outside, beyond a beautiful view, there is a play area for children, a pergola equipped with garden tables and chairs for those who love to eat outdoors. There is also a pond that collects rainwater to water the lawn or plants.
