The villa is located within the prestigious luxury complex of Cala Piccola and enjoys total privacy in a very safe living environment. Through the private gate, going down a few steps, we arrive at the main entrance where we are welcomed by a large covered and glassed terrace that offers a wonderful view of the sea. The owner’s choice to close this space was dictated by wanting to experience the outdoors even on days when the sea breeze blows stronger here.
