Description
The villa is located within the prestigious luxury complex of Cala Piccola and enjoys total privacy in a very safe living environment. Through the private gate, going down a few steps, we arrive at the main entrance where we are welcomed by a large covered and glassed terrace that offers a wonderful view of the sea. The owner’s choice to close this space was dictated by wanting to experience the outdoors even on days when the sea breeze blows stronger here. At the terrace there is the large all-glass living area where it is possible to comfortably accommodate relatives and friends both indoor and outdoor, from here you can access the other large terrace with sea view.
