Built as a summer residence of the Controni family, noble merchants of the seventeenth century, the elegant villa can accommodate up to 22 people in 11 bedrooms. Ideal for weddings, it also has a private chapel and can accommodate up to 150 guests in the gardens and up to 50 guests in the internal lounges. To the front of the villa there is a beautiful Italian garden and at the back, an extremely well-kept lawn that frames the elegant swimming pool and loggia.
The Villa:

On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to an extraordinary living room with fireplace, room with TV, study, 2 bathrooms, loggia overlooking the garden, large equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area is distributed between the upper floors with 6 large bedrooms and a beautiful central hall on the first floor and another 5 bedrooms on the second.
