Sleeping up to 14 people the property comprises a 5 bedroom villa and a 2 bedroom barn annex set in lovely gardens with a gorgeous infinity pool and great outdoor areas with a BBQ and wood oven, ideal for alfresco dining.

Accessed via a Cypress lined drive, the villa has been recently restored with great care and attention to detail, retaining many of the original features common to Tuscan architecture both externally and internally.  The decor is elegant and eclectic.  All the rooms have ceilings with exposed beams, whitewashed walls in soft colours and terracotta floors complimented by contemporary elements.

Villa:

2 storeys with 5 bedrooms.

Ground floor:  Entrance;  hall with cloakroom and laundry room; double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, suitable for wheelchair access; entrance; large kitchen equipped with travertine worktops, island and all modern comforts including an open fireplace, a large oven and a fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave; dining room with access to a small furnished terrace overlooking the woods; double bedroom and bathroom with shower; living room with spectacular fireplace and access to a  ‘Zen’ terrace overlooking the pool;

First floor:  Accessed via two flights of stairs, covered terrace overlooking the courtyard; double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; large living room with fireplace; two other double or twin rooms with private bathroom, each with shower and bath.

Annex:

Former barn restored in contemporary style, 2 storeys with 2 bedrooms.

Ground floor:  Living area with fireplace and access to terrace; open plan dining room and kitchen.

First floor:  Accessed via an open staircase to a mezzanine, two bedrooms, one double and one twin each with a bathroom and shower.

External Areas:

The steps lead to the lower garden and the park. Immediately below is the infinity pool (4.5 x 13 m), with a travertine terrace, which blends into the surrounding natural rocky environment. A fresh water fountain runs continuously in the pool, providing a beautiful clear water and a wonderfully refreshing back massage.
