Description
A few kilometers by car from Porta Romana, a private automated gate leads you into wonderful historic property from the 1500s.
The atmosphere is almost magical, your gaze lost in the surrounding countryside. A few steps lead to the external courtyard and the main entrance of the villa.
You are greeted by a large entrance hall and three bright halls which overlook the external courtyard with high windows and a small internal courtyard, very intimate, complete with a lovely table where you can enjoy relaxing moments.
Also on the ground floor is the dining room, the study with an imposing and ancient fireplace, the kitchen diner, very large and well-furnished. A bathroom, and staff quarters, and laundry room complete the ground floor.

Condition and finishes
The historic villa is perfect in all its parts, internal and external. The ceilings are over three meters high, and the large windows provide light and warmth to all areas. There are ancient terracotta floors on the ground floor while warm wood was chosen for the rooms.
The walls are partly plastered and partly left in expertly treated ancient stone. The bathrooms are very large and the walls plastered with pastel details, soft and elegant. The old wooden beams have been perfectly treated and feature high ceilings.
