Umbrian Property for Sale. 10 minutes from the historic centre of Todi, in a panoramic and secluded location, the property has a beautiful view of the wide, green Umbrian valley.
Situated in the winemaking area of Sagrantino and Greco di Tufo, the property is not far from some of Umbria’s important medieval villages and historic centres, rich in art and interesting food and wine tours, such as Montefalco (26 km) and Bevagna (29 km) which can be reached in about half an hour.
The farmhouse is also in a central position in relation to the main Umbrian cities: thanks to the E45 motorway just 3 km away, it is possible to get to Orvieto (42 km), Spoleto (43 km) and Perugia (45 km) quickly.
Rome and its airports are around an hour and a half by car.
A short distance away from the farmhouse, there is a well known resort, with an excellent wine cellar, which offers therapeutic body treatments, while less than a quarter of an hour away by car there are two tennis clubs, horse riding centres, archery and mountain-biking.
The nearest golf course (18 holes) is in Perugia.
The property is on two floors, with a total area of 420 sq.m.
The entrance on the ground floor leads to a large, bright living area with 4 French doors which open out into the garden.
An impressive panel separates the hall, with its central fireplace, from the dining room, through which there is access to a large kitchen, with modern and essential features including: hi-tech chrome-plated steel, beautifully integrated with with black marble worktops and the warmth of natural materials.

The outside features exposed stonework, to recreate the typical architectural style of the old farmhouses of rural Umbria, while the inside is modern and minimalist.
