Chianti Classico Farm.  Organic winery located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Tuscan countryside in the heart of Chianti Classico, with a view of the Castello di Brolio.

The farm consists of a winery with several buildings and an agriturismo with pool. Included in the sale are 67 hectares of land where vines and olive trees are cultivated using organic methods.

The main building, 913 sqm on 2 storeys is divided into 5 one bedroom apartments of 50 sqm each. The second building, 1,300 sqm on 3 storeys plus a cellar and an internal courtyard, houses 6 apartments, warehouses and laundry. In both cases the grape production could be 23,200 kg, meaning approx 18,500 litres of wine (about 24,600 bottles of 75 cl) of IGT Toscana, or 8,100 kg (16,200 bottles) of Chianti Classico Vinsanto. Of course it is possible to also mix production. Potential total production of almost 50,000 bottles.
