A beautiful and very interesting property, the mill offers not only a private retreat and foothold in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy, but also is an excellent source of income, in that it has excellent rental potential when not in use by the owners. The owners have provided figures that show that the income produced yearly for the summer seasons (May to September) is around 33,000 euros. This naturally can be supplemented and increased with winter holiday rentals. Currently the owner has a maintenance and management contract with a local English speaking person (who lives in the village) and who is always available if any needs arises.
