Situated on the hills of Montalcino, in the heart of Tuscany, this wonderful wine estate offers a total of 11.5 hectares of vineyards (7 hectares Brunello di Montalcino + 0.9 hectares Rosso di Montalcino + 2.8 hectares IGT Toscana) and a newly built wine cellar which allows for the producing of up to 600-650 hl of wine (80,000 bottles per year).

The estate is not far from the small town with services (3km) and Montalcino (12km). Othe historic Tuscan cities including Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, Grosseto, San Gimignano and Florence are also easily reached.

The closest airport is Perugia (105km / 1hr25) but Tuscan airports; Pisa and Florence are also very convenient.

The farmhouse houses the old wine cellar on the ground floor and the owner’s house on the upper floor (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom). The residential portion is currently made up of large rooms, but they could be reduced in size in order to have more rooms. The newly-built wine cellar and tasting facility has been recently completed, and only needs a few finishing touches before being operational. On the inside, the two buildings house all the space needed for winemaking, tasting and hygienical services for the staff.

The property covers a total surface of approx 11.5 hectares. The main vineyard (7 hectares) is planted in a single block and is entirely registered as Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. There are also vineyards registered as Rosso di Montalcino DOC (0.9 hectares) and Toscana IGT (2.8 hectares). The latter has 0.6 hectares of productive vines, while the remaining portion has been only recently planted.
