Accommodation
Ancient Venetian palace from 14 + 4 beds.
On the ground floor main entrance that leads to the stairs to the elevator, the main kitchen, four steps lead to cavanna (old boathouse) large room with vaulted ceiling that can be used to eat together, conferences, meetings, dance, music, cinema, etc. Also accessible from the main entrance, past the cavanna we find the gym in the small bathroom with shower, heated pool / hot tub (2x2 m) with access to the small garden.
On the first floor, reachable by stairs or with the elevator, we find the second kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two beds, each with private bathroom with shower. The lift goes directly to the dining room / living room, three doors lead to a large terrace which overlooks the canals of Venice.
On the second floor, which is also accessible by lift, there are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with private bathroom with shower. There is also a triple room (double + single bed) with a canal view, turkish bath and shower, and finally another double bedroom (master) with balcony, bathroom with tub and shower.
In the loft, reachable by stairs or with the elevator, we find the third kitchen, living room with 4 single sofa beds. A staircase leads to the roof terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Venice, dinner or a drink.
All rooms and public areas are air conditioned.

Services
Air conditioning, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, necessary for the kitchen, hairdryer in each bathroom.

Options are held for three working days. Bookings are 100% confirmed upon receipt of the 50% booking deposit. The balance should be wired at least 60 days before arrival. All payments are non-refundable.
