THE VILLA

THE LIVING ROOM is large and bright and is divided into two sections: a lounge and a kitchen area. The lounge contains a satellite TV, a DVD player, and a dining table for 10 people. The room is fitted with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. THE KITCHEN contains a four-hob stove, dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, and an electric espresso machine. From the living room, you’ll be able to access the second terrace with views of the sea, via the French windows.
THE VERANDA is furnished with a double sofa bed, a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the veranda, you’ll have access to the terrace. The veranda is accessed from the corridor.
THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. Access is from the corridor and the room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From here, you’ll have access onto a balcony (shared with the other bedrooms) through a French window, where you’ll be able to admire the view of the sea, Sorrento, and Vesuvius.
THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. Access is from the corridor and the room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From here, you’ll have access onto a balcony (shared with the other bedrooms) through a French window, where you’ll be able to admire the view of the sea, Sorrento, and Vesuvius.
THE THIRD BEDROOM contains a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. Access is from the corridor and the room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From here, you’ll have access onto a balcony (shared with the other bedrooms) through a French window, where you’ll be able to admire the view of the sea, Sorrento, and Vesuvius.
THE BALCONY is 12 square meters in size and has a view of the sea, Sorrento, and Vesuvius. It’s furnished with a table, three chairs and two benches. It can be accessed from any of the three bedrooms.
THE FIRST BATHROOM contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower cubicle, and a hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is from the corridor.
THE SECOND BATHROOM contains a sink, bidet, toilet, bath with shower, and a hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is from the corridor.

THE ANNEX
THE THIRD TERRACE has a beautiful sea view and is furnished with tables and chairs. Access is from the entrance to the main villa by climbing up seven steps and from the terrace, you can access the annex’s two bedrooms.
THE FOURTH BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed, TV, fridge, and a small bar area with a kettle and cups for tea or coffee. It’s fitted with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. The bathroom contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, and a hairdryer. Access is from the third terrace with sea view, through the French windows.
THE FIFTH BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed, TV, fridge, and a small bar area with a kettle and cups for tea or coffee. It’s fitted with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. The bathroom contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, and a hairdryer. Access is from the third terrace with sea view, through the French windows.
IN THE LAUNDRY AREA you’ll find a washing machine, dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.

Minimum stay 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
Security deposit 3,500.00 euro

Not included in the price, to be paid on site upon arrival:

• Tourist tax 4,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay
• Weekly cleaning 300,00 euros
• Damage deposit: 3.500,00 Euros
• Gas not included. Will be charged 4 Euros/cubic meter to be paid on site.
• Electricity and Air conditioning not included. Will be charged 0,35 Euros/KWH to be paid on site.
• For arrival after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.
