Located in the historic center of the small town of Vibonati built on a ridge of a hill.

In the basement there is a large porch furnished with table, chairs and armchairs, a living room with television, personal computer and multifunction printer, dining room, kitchen with fridge, electric oven and dishwasher, small bathroom. On the mezzanine floor a triple room with a double bed, a single bed, a television and an en suite bathroom, a double room suitable for the disabled with a television and an en suite bathroom, a double bedroom with a television and an en suite bathroom. All three rooms have access to a large terrace, overlooking the sea, furnished with table, chairs and umbrellas. On the first floor a quadruple bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and an en suite bathroom, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom suitable for the disabled, a triple bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the attic floor living room with dining area and kitchen area equipped with oven and refrigerator, bathroom.

Services
Swimming pool with solarium (5x8 meters, depth from 70 cm to 2.5 m), ping-pong, gazebo with table and chairs, barbecue, pizza oven, two-seater swing and bathroom, small garden with vegetable garden available for guests, internet wi-fi, terrace overlooking the sea, air conditioning throughout the house. The villa is 1,500 km from the sea.

It is possible to rent the villa for a lower number of people, 10. Price upon request.

Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (change of linen is weekly), daily cleaning.
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to give a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
