Borgo San Lorenzo

Antico Borgo San Lorenzo is an exclusive hamlet a few kilometres from San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Chianti. The structure has been restored while maintaining the original charm of the building. The old farmstead, pigsty, barn and manor house are now elegant dwellings where you can spend relaxing days between a walk in Siena and a visit to Florence.
The hamlet can be rented in exclusive use for large groups (up to 42 people) and for celebrating events and weddings. Available to guests are: 8 apartments for 2 to 8 people, each with independent entrance and private outdoor green area; 3 double rooms with bathroom.

The Restaurant, which is the heart of Antico Borgo San Lorenzo, offers unique dishes prepared according to ancient traditional recipes. Its rooms are perfect for organizing events, parties and ceremonies as it can accommodate up to 50 people. The Borgo offers multiple indoor or outdoor locations such as the Restaurant, the Barn, the Hague, the Swimming Pool, the Church, and the Antica Corte perfect for organizing events, business meetings, parties and ceremonies for up to 100 people.
The hamlet's swimming pool, measuring 16 x 8 meters and ranging in height from 140 to 190 cm, enjoys a splendid view of the Tuscan hills.
At guests' disposal is a large free and secure parking lot.

Our guests can enjoy the following services upon request: breakfast and buffet, themed dinners, tastings, yoga sessions, Vespa and bike tours.

1. Rosa Bianca

Located on the first floor of the manor house, above the restaurant, ‘Villa Rosa Bianca’ is a completely independent villa with its own private garden. The 140-square-metre apartment consists of four double bedrooms (one with an additional single bed), a single bedroom, a spacious living room, a large kitchen and three bathrooms with bath and shower. The villa can therefore accommodate a maximum of 10 people. During the renovation phase, in order to respect the structure, it was not possible to install air conditioning.The interiors, photographed by architects from international magazines, have been furnished with particular care in traditional Tuscan style. The bathrooms are lined with precious Vietri majolica and handmade tiles. Guests at Villa Rosa Bianca can make use of a pleasant outdoor gazebo

2. Ginestra

Cozy and suitable for small groups or families. The apartment is furnished according to the traditional Tuscan style, equipped with comfortable living rooms and kitchens with external equipped areas. The views are spectacular, allowing you to fully ‘experience’ the scents and colours of the Tuscan countryside.

4. Wedding Suite

This small apartment has been recently renovated thinking to the couples who choose this location in our countryside for their marriage. A delightful stone hut with a sloping wooden beams and terracotta bricks ceiling, overlooking a garden. A welcoming and shabby decor for the dining room and and bedroom. The suite offers and insuite bathroom and a private courtyard overlooking the Tuscan countryside.

5. Villetta

The old barn, which has been completely renovated, has become an independent chalet. Consisting of 2 double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a French sofa bed in the living room, the chalet can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.  Guests will have 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a private garden.

6. Alloro

All accommodations have a comfortable living room with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bathtub and air conditioning. The private, furnished garden is a real extension of the house, where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation.
