The interiors

The villa preserves the historical character of the structure through an innovative approach: the design has been curated with the intention of creating the right balance between rustic and modern, tradition and design.
The beating heart of the property is the living area, which is adorned by a panoramic glass wall with a spectacular view of the swimming pool that creates a seamless bridge to the garden.

The open plan design of the living spaces allows a direct connection between the dining room and the living room.

The living room is furnished with a large sofa and modern fireplace that hug the cooking area creating a comfortable environment, where one can freely enjoy the space and share moments in company, always surrounded by wonderful sunlight and the scenery that can be appreciated from every angle.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: built-in dishwasher, microwave oven and multi-purpose electric oven, large induction hob with extractor hood, a brushed black granite countertop island, double-door fridge and freezer, wine cellar and ice machine.

The premises features three double bedrooms with an exclusive bathroom and glass shower, two of the rooms are located on the ground floor overlooking the lush garden and one on the second floor with an adjacent ensuite from which you can admire the vast surrounding countryside.

In the “tower” of the second block there is a fitness room.

Pool heating from middle of May to middle of September

- Pool heating: For the pool, we have an ecological water heating system calibrated to the outdoor temperature; this means that if the outdoor temperature is very low, the pool water cannot reach high temperatures. We activate the heat pump from middle of May to middle of September. During this period, the guaranteed temperature is 26-28°C. The service for this time of year is now included. From middle of September to middle of May we can activate the pumps on request and the cost is 800 € per week, but the temperature is not guaranteed. However, the pool will remain open all year round. Payment can be made in cash upon arrival at the villa or by a deposit to a Paypal account.
- It is possible to provide groceries at home. The cost of the service is 40 euros. To guarantee the service, it is required to send the detailed list within three days of the customer's arrival.
- Extra cleaning days can be added on request - cost for each hour 25 EUR (taxes included)
