Both houses have been finely renovated and furnished with sober and elegant taste. They reveal extreme attention to details and to the choice of exquisite materials with strong ties to Tuscan tradition: terracotta floors, coffered ceilings, the kitchen and some bathrooms entirely in marble, massive fireplaces made of pietra serena stone, and the balcony of Pienza travertine.

Heating: not included (possible from 01.11-31.03) 200 euro per day
air conditioning (in all bedrooms) on consumption
Extra Cleaning: 25,00 euro/ hour ( Min 4 hours service)
Extra linen: 10,00 Euro / person (only towels 6,00)
Pool Towels: included - extra 8,00 euro
Cooking staff: 30,00 euro / person/ hour
Dinner: starting from 46,00 euro per person/ 20,00 euro per child (under 10 years). Minimum 10 persons. For smaller people groups: prices on request

Pets : 80,00 Euro per pet

WEDDINGS: For weddings party on the villa it can be required an extra fee: 800,00/1200,00 euro (depending on the period and the guests’ number)

Cancellation Policy: from reservation to 60 days before arrival: 30% clx fee from 59-30 days before arrival: 50% clx fee from 29-0 days before arrival: 100% clx fee

down payment of 30% at the confirmation (not refundable); balance within 60 days before the arrival(not refundable)
