Possibility to rent the apartment also in the 6 + 2 bed mode with the addition of a bedroom and a bathroom in the Corbezzolo apartment. In this case the Corbezzolo apartment would become 2 + 2 beds.

Also renovated covered parking with 1 parking space x each unit.

Common room in the Quercia apartment with space for everyone to eat together both internally and externally.

Possibility of trekking, mountain biking and horseback riding. A few km away possibility to play tennis in a professional court inside a residence.

Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Final cleaning to be paid on the spot € 320.00.
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 80.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
