Within a large and well organised family-run farm in a most picturesque part of the Valdera, amongst fields of cereals and woods is this property. The last to be restored on this estate, it maintains the Ripanucci family’s reputation for great hospitality. Very well furnished.

Independent residence of 59 + 19 beds composed of 15 apartments.
The farm, consisting of three blocks, is divided into apartments with independent entrance and each one has the opportunity to dine outdoors.

Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is included in the weekly price 
Upon arrival, customers will have to give a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.

Pets € 25.00 per week.
Toddler bed € 30.00 per week.
Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
