Independent residence of 12 + 6 sleeps.

Beatrice 4 + 2 sleeps on the ground floor living / dining room with fireplace and kitchenette, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.

The Focolar 6 + 2 sleeps on the ground floor living / dining room with fireplace and kitchenette with dishwasher, three double bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower.

Valentino 2 + 2 sleeps on the ground floor living / dining room with kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

Services
Pool (12x5 mt) with Jacuzz’s island, large solarium, barbecue, small pets allowed, common laundry, indoor parking, play area for adults and children, equipped green space, wi-fi connection, all apartments have electric oven , Bowling alley, gym.

In case where is rented only Dolce Collina 2 (12 + 6 sleeps) guests will have the swimming pool (12x5 mt) with Jacuzzi’s island, large solarium, gym, barbecue, small pets allowed, laundry in common with Dolce Collina 1, covered parking in common at Dolce Collina 1, play area for adults and children in common with Dolce Collina 1, equipped green space, wi-fi connection, all apartments have an electric oven, Bowls in common with Dolce Collina 1.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning/heating is not included in the price and will be payable on site according to consumption.

Final cleaning to be paid on site € 200.
On arrival guests must hand over a security deposit of € 500.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.

Pets € 25.00 per week. Crib € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
Check-in 3-7 pm | Check out 10 am.
Pool open 01/05-31/10.
