On the second floor are seven rooms, three of which have an en suite bathroom, three with an adjoining bathroom, and one without a bathroom (which can use a nearby but not adjoining bathroom).

The rooms are arranged as follows:

1 double or twin room with en suite bathroom with tub and shower

1 double or twin room with adjacent bathroom with shower

1 double room with en suite bathroom with shower

1 double or twin room with en suite bathroom with shower

1 double or twin room + third single bed with adjacent bathroom with bathtub and shower

1 double or twin room without bathroom

1 double or twin room + third single bed with adjacent bathroom with shower

Swimming pool (11x7 meters), a large garden, large porch, parking, pets allowed, air conditioning in all rooms except the ground floor.

 

Electricity: kw 300 included in the price. To be paid on the spot over Kw 300 ( € 0,60/Kw)
Final cleaning to be paid on the spot € 500,00 - Deposit € 1500,00 - - Pets: € 100,00 per week per pets
Heating not included € 5,00/mc. Check-in from 4 pm

Upon arrival a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality that hosts you.
