Villa Cala Moresca, completely exposed to the sea, is the ideal place to spend unforgettable moments where time and nature seem to be suspended. Here all the elements that characterize the Argentario's charm are mixed together. A turquoise sea mirror, the scents and colors of Mediterranean scrub, the beautiful sunsets that draw the islands on the horizon and paint the sky of infinite colors. Independent villa with 14 beds.
The Villa consists of the main villa and four independent suites, each with its own access and outdoor spaces.
In the main villa there is a living room, with its 10-meter window is an open space on two levels, connected by a staircase. Upstairs, the studio extends through a large window into a shaded patio.
On the ground floor we find the intimate and cosy dining room characterized by a fireplace from the 1700s, the kitchen with internal patio, the laundry room, two double bedrooms each with its private bathroom, and a guest bathroom.
On the mezzanine floor there is the master bedroom, with private bathroom, living room with panoramic tower and access to the private terrace.
On the ground floor there are also two suites.
Suite 1 consists of the living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a shared bathroom.
Suite 2 consists of the living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shared bathroom.
On the second floor there are two other suites.
Suite 3 consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchenette.
Suite 4 consists of the living room, kitchenette, double bedroom and a bathroom.
The exteriors are characterized by terraces, patios and the pool of 18x4 meters with whirlpool and infinity edge in continuity with the horizon.

From the villa you can reach the sea in just a few minutes, walking a short distance on foot, by car or with a free shuttle service active throughout the summer. The beach of Cala dei Gessi can be reached on foot with a walkway inside the park. The guests of the villa can use the services of the Park (bar, swimming pool with sea water, shuttle). For children there are green areas equipped for games in the park.
The Calamoresca Park is located on Via Panoramica and is 7 km from the town of Porto Santo Stefano.
