Two small flights of stairs lead to three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one with a bathtub and two with a shower). From the dining area, you can access the kitchen, equipped with an oven and dishwasher, as well as a service bathroom. From the kitchen, a spiral staircase leads to the lower floor, which features three bedrooms (one double with a walk-in closet, one single, and one triple), two bathrooms, and a pantry with a refrigerator.

Fenced garden on various levels with pines, holm oaks, rosemary, oleander, and agave plants. Two stone stairways on opposite sides of the property provide convenient access to the beach below. Large terraces on the east and north sides of the house, washing machine, satellite TV, safe, barbecue, garage for two cars, and additional external parking. The view from the garden and the east terrace overlooks La Rocca fortress, Feniglia beach, the Ansedonia promontory, the islet, and Punta Avoltore.
