Belvedere del Lago

The Villa consists of 4 large detached apartments all accessible by an internal staircase (bed and bathroom linen included) where to live the holiday with your friends/relatives (maximum 24 people) sleeping in their private apartment but by joining togethher for fun 

CALLA ROSSA is located on the ground floor: (3 double bedrooms furnished with iron bed and wooden closet, 2 bathrooms both with shower, dining room with fireplace, furnished kitchen-plates, pots, cutlery, etc.- complete with gas-floor appliances, sink, refrigerator, frying, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, mocha; Free wifi, air conditioning, self-contained heating, satellite TV, large patio furnished with table and chairs, barbecue, beautiful view on the lake)

CALLA GIALLA is the apartment located on the first floor (3 double bedrooms furnished with iron bed and wooden closet, 2 bathrooms both with shower, dining room with fireplace, kitchen furnished dishes, pots, cutlery, etc.- complete with appliances-gas hob, sink, refrigerator, frizer, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, mocha; free wifi, air conditioning, self-contained heating,satellite TV, large patio furnished with table and chairs, barbecue, beautiful view on the lake)

CALLA BIANCA is located on the second floor (2 double bedrooms furnished with iron bed, 2 bathrooms both with shower, dining room, kitchenette furnished-plate pots cutlery etc.- complete with appliances-hob gas, sink, refrigerator, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, mocha; free wifi, air conditioning, self-contained heating,Satellite TV, terrace furnished with table, chairs and barbecue and upstairs an exclusive solarium of 60 square meters furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs, breathtaking view in 360 degrees)

CALLA BLU is located on the ground floor S1: (2 double bedrooms furnished with wooden bed and wooden closet, 2 bathrooms both with shower, dining room with fireplace, furnished kitchen-plates, pots, cutlery, etc.- complete with gas-cooking appliances,sink, refrigerator, frizer, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, mocha; Free wifi, air conditioning, self-contained heating, satellite TV, furnished square with table and chairs)

Inside the villa there is a Baroque-style room, "The Golden Calla" of about 80 square meters (air conditioning/heating) where to celebrate all together a wedding, a birthday or other celebrations (we are on hand to help you organize your party as you wish)

Attached to the party room there is a furnished kitchen (we can book a personal chef who will cook following your directions)

The "Cellar of Calla", always inside the villa is available to guests to taste our wines and local products

Part of the villa is a 11000m fenced land with inside a garden area with centuries-old oaks, tables and chairs in the shade of trees, playground both adult-ping pong, footballtable, tam-tam - that baby - mini-slide, mini tunnel, rocking table. A sandy driveway and a small staircase lead to the pool area consisting of a swimming pool and a second circular whirlpool ,(multicolor lighting) large solarium area with four umbrellas, deckchairs, tables, shower and where you can organize parties and private dinners (Guitar available for guests)

In the solarium "The Lilies" in front of the entrance of Villa there is a second hot tub with heated water

A dirt road and a wooden staircase lead to a fountain with spring water, an orchard and a small forest.

The free main car park is conveniently located, 10m from the entrance to the villa.

Villa Belvedere del Lago is the ideal place for to visit the nearby sites of natural and artistic interest such as Civita di Bagnoregio, the Viterbo Baths, Lake Bolsena and its islands, Orvieto, Bomarzo, Tarquinia, Baths of Saturnia, Val d'Orcia and Pienza A few minutes' drive away and Rome and Assisi are just over an hour's drive away.

From the villa you can easily access a bike rental and a stable to discover by bike, horseback or walking the fantastic nature trails around the lake.

 

Security deposit to be left upon arrival in cash or by credit card € 500 to be returned upon departure after verification
From 04/05 to 25/10 a minimun stay of 7 nights sat-sat is required.
Other periods: min 3 nights daily prices on request

Check in after 2.30 pm, check out by 10.00 am, other times to be agreed with the staff

The prices include:
the consumption of water, electricity / air conditioning (including consumption of 20 kwh per day, any higher consumption at € 0.50 per kwh); gas included in the months June-July-August-September (other months including consumption of 2 m3 per day, any higher consumption will be charged at € 5.00 per m3), bed linen, towels and kitchen towels; wi-fi in all areas of the villa, playground for adults (ping-pong, table football, tam-tam) and children (slide, minitunnel, rocking desk); 4 espresso coffee machines with pods available, large ready-to-use barbecue, 1 of the three fireplaces ready for use in autumn and winter; use of the swimming pool and whirlpool, pool towels, convenient car parking in front of the villa.

Final cleaning € 12 per person TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT

Pets are allowed upon agreement with the management
The rental of the villa to groups of guys under the age of 25 must be agreed with the property, which reserves the right to accept the booking or not.

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.
